The owner gets a link, opens it on their phone and they're in: no app to download, no password to remember. You work in the clinical record; they always see the latest version.
A health record that's always current
Visits, vaccinations and upcoming boosters, ongoing treatments, lab results and documents. They can download it as a PDF any time, generated on the spot, so it's never out of date. They can also upload their own documents, which you see kept apart from your clinical record.
GDPR without paper
Consent to data processing is collected via a link or on the reception tablet: the owner reads the privacy notice in their own language and confirms. Vetta records the date, time and notice version and issues a receipt. No forms to print, sign and file.
Lab results in the record, not in a drawer
Results go into the patient's record next to species-specific reference ranges and stay in the history for comparison. The import engine is ready to receive reports straight from the lab: in the demo we'll look together at connecting yours.

Cloud, invoicing, accounting: plenty have those by now. The difference is three things almost nobody puts together.

Straight answers
Do I have to switch everything in one day?
No. We support you at launch and bring your data across. You start when you're ready, not when the software says so.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It stays yours. Your space becomes read-only: you can view and export everything any time, in open formats. We delete nothing and never use your data as leverage: access to your records and payment are two separate things.
Does the owner need to download an app?
No. They get a link by email, open it in their phone's browser and they're in, no password needed. The link is personal and expires after a while.
Is GDPR consent without a paper signature valid?
The GDPR doesn't require a signature on paper: it requires you to be able to show that consent was given. Vetta keeps the date, time, notice version and channel used, and issues a PDF receipt to both you and the owner. You customise the notice text, ideally with your data protection adviser.
Does Vetta work in my country?
Vetta is built around Italian veterinary rules, including electronic prescriptions and e-invoicing, and is also available in Romanian. In other countries national requirements such as e-invoicing and prescriptions differ: tell us where you practise and we'll be clear about what works today and what doesn't.
Does it work for a vet working alone?
Yes. From the solo vet to the multi-department clinic, and you pay per practice, with your team included, not per person.
