How we process the personal data of people who visit this site and request a demo, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we process

  • Demo form data: full name, email, practice or clinic name, city, phone (optional) and whatever you tell us about how you work today. The form opens your email app: the data reaches us by email.
  • Browsing data: the hosting provider logs technical data (IP address, device and browser type, date and time) for the security and operation of the site.
  • Light or dark theme preference: if you change it, it is stored only in your browser and is not sent to us.

3. Why we process it and on what basis

  • To answer your request, arrange the demo and, if you wish, start the pilot programme: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The box in the form confirms that you want us to contact you.
  • To keep the site secure and working: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We don't sign you up to newsletters. If we ever want to send you marketing communications, we will ask for separate consent.

4. Cookies

This site does not use profiling cookies, third-party advertising cookies or analytics tools that identify you. Fonts are served from our own domain: no requests to third-party services such as Google Fonts.

5. Providers and recipients

To run the site we use providers acting as data processors:

  • Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery and security (connection data).
  • Microsoft 365: the email we use to receive and handle your requests.

We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties for marketing.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations. If the demo doesn't lead to a working relationship, we then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

You can ask at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to contatti@springrs.com.

If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR, you can contact the Romanian supervisory authority ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro), where the controller is based, or the authority in your country of residence.

8. If you use Vetta in your practice

This notice covers the website. When you use Vetta as your practice software, the owner and patient data you enter is yours: the practice is the data controller and Spring Research & Strategy acts as a data processor on its behalf (Art. 28 GDPR), under the data processing agreement that forms part of the contract. The data stays in the European Union.

The privacy notice to your clients remains the practice's own: Vetta helps you present it and collect consent without paper.

9. Changes

We may update this notice. The version in force is always the one published here, with the date at the top.
